Pefkos is well known for it’s leisurely pace and tranquillity, as it is not as commercialised as some of the more established resorts. This peaceful haven is spread around a sandy beach and surrounded by pine trees from which the village gets its name.
Delightful restaurants and tavernas can be found amongst the small selection of bars and shops dotted around the village. Pefkos “top” has superb panoramic views of the resort and the south-eastern coast of Rhodes should you desire livelier entertainment, Pefkos has a bus service to other resorts, such as Lindos 5 km away, so it is a great place to base yourself for a memorable holiday.
